The reason for this all was sitting just right behind the heavy door, while they both were waiting in the floor of the main Clan Residence, awaiting to be called in.
'The Family Council', Kirk snapped in his mind being more, than disgusted about their current situation. As if they were small children, as if they might make something forbidden. Vulcans! Why do they want always to have logical explanations? How could he explain logical, that he simply loved Spock, profoundly, passionately, with his body and soul? He had known, that this all sounded even for humans ears like a passage of a love story for young girls. And both Nogura and Komack did make such faces too, when Kirk and Spock, were forced to appear in the Starfleet HQ and to explain, how they will manage their professional and private relationship in their current positions.
Kirk hated their questions, hated to explain the obvious. He hated the idea to do the same in front of twenty four oh so logical Vulcans with T'Pau on the top. He hated the waiting, he hated their situation and mostly he hated to see, how much his t'hy'la suffered under it.
He should do something doesn't he? He is the captain, he is famous for his riskant, yet right decisions in the last moment. Well, they have both agreed, that they will stay together, whatever will happen to them, so there were nothing to loose...
"Spock?" He turned to his bondmate and the Vulcan turned his head to him. His black eyes were calm, awaiting.
Kirk moved closer: "Spock, do you trust me?" The Vulcan nodded.
And then his human came close even more.
"Shhhhhhhhhh...," The human touched his lips with his own even so slightly. "Do you trust me?"
"Yes, whatever you do, yes."
There were the lips again: cool, soft, trembling. Awkwardly Spock lifted his hand an touched the fairy hair and then his fingers slid down and touched the skin of the human's face.
Kirk turned and kissed the hot palm as he always did, when they finished their lovemaking. A tremor run down the Vulcan's spin. He moaned slightly. The look, the human gave him back through his golden lashes, let him forget the past unpleasant days, the floor, they were standing in, the door behind them, the family council. He swayed forward and claimed Kirk's mouth, tongue touching, the wetness, the warmth inside. Rays of Jim's mind reached toward him through their bond, reaching deep inside -- a gently caress.
Suddenly, there was a movement beside them. They both turned and saw T'Pau frowning at them both with disbelieve at this scandalising absence of control. "The council will call you in five point three six minutes." Again a disgusted frown, and then she disappeared behind the heavy door.
But Kirk patted his Vulcan friendly at the arm: "Don't worry I think, this will be going right."
There was again this look through the long lashes, which caught Spock's breath: "Do you trust me?"
"Should I really answer?"
"Then wait and you will see."
And then he grinned a cat-like smile. T'Pau disappeared quickly behind the door, too quickly. And wasn't there the finest green flush on her cheeks? And didn't her hand trembled a little? The age? If it should be coming from T'Pau's age, then he, Jim Kirk is the Arguaalian Eunuch.
Inside, the galactic seducer extraordinare giggled wickedly: 'Women, they are all the same!'
